Allie Ard, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Allie grew up in the Tri-Valley and is so excited to be back in the area to care for this community’s furry family members. She has always had a love for all animals, convincing her parents to adopt all sorts of pets; from dogs and cats to lizards and rabbits. From a young age she would play veterinarian with her little plastic stethoscope and her 200lb English Mastiff, but she really knew that becoming a veterinarian was her passion when she started working at a small animal hospital during college. She fell in love with helping people care for their pets and went on to graduate from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. While there, she volunteered her time providing care to the pets of the homeless and deployed with the emergency response team to care for displaced animals during the wildfires. She has a particular interest in integrative medicine, dentistry, and behavior. As a veterinarian, she values the relationship she builds with her clients as they work together to provide the best care possible for their pets. In her spare time, Dr. Allie can be found taking dance classes, cooking/baking, and cuddling with her cat, Frank.
