Heather Moore, DVM

Owner, Veterinarian

Dr. Moore knew she wanted to be a veterinarian when she was just a toddler. She couldn’t fully pronounce it, but she knew. She loved animals. She grew up splitting her time between Hayward and Groveland, a small town near Yosemite.

Lisa Zinn, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Lisa Zinn joined our hospital in September 2009 after graduating from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She went through additional training in a year-long internship in Walnut Creek, California with veterinary specialists and emergency doctors.

Allie Ard, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Allie grew up in the Tri-Valley and is so excited to be back in the area to care for this community’s furry family members. She has always had a love for all animals, convincing her parents to adopt all sorts of pets; from dogs and cats to lizards and rabbits.

Lynae Shubin, DVM

I'm Dr. Lynae Shubin, and I'm an associate veterinarian at Livermore Family Pet Hospital! I joined the team in August of 2024.

Born and raised in the Upstate New York State area and spending many weekends in NYC. Renee moved out to California in 2012 to get away from the cold.

Practice Manager

Kathy joined our team in 2003. She has worked as a Veterinary Assistant, Family Care Representative, Assistant Practice Manager and most recently stepped into the role of Practice Manager.

Jessica joined LFPH a second time in early 2022 as the Office Manager.

Candace was born and raised in Livermore, California. She lives with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. She has always loved animals and knew that working at Livermore Family Pet Hospital was the perfect place to be.

Treatment Lead

Sarah has been working as a veterinary assistant since 2003 and joined our hospital in 2005. She holds a BS in biology from U.C. Santa Barbara and a multi-subject teaching credential from Cal State East Bay.
