Meet Our Team

Dr. Moore knew she wanted to be a veterinarian when she was just a toddler. She couldn’t fully pronounce it, but she knew. She loved animals. She grew up splitting her time between Hayward and Groveland, a small town near Yosemite.

Dr. Lisa Zinn joined our hospital in September 2009 after graduating from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She went through additional training in a year-long internship in Walnut Creek, California with veterinary specialists and emergency doctors.

Dr. Allie grew up in the Tri-Valley and is so excited to be back in the area to care for this community’s furry family members. She has always had a love for all animals, convincing her parents to adopt all sorts of pets; from dogs and cats to lizards and rabbits.

I'm Dr. Lynae Shubin, and I'm an associate veterinarian at Livermore Family Pet Hospital! I joined the team in August of 2024.

Katie joined LFPH in October 2024.

Born and raised in the Upstate New York State area and spending many weekends in NYC. Renee moved out to California in 2012 to get away from the cold.

Sierra was born and raised in Livermore, CA and has always had a passion for working with animals, large and small.

Kathy joined our team in 2003. She has worked as a Veterinary Assistant, Family Care Representative, Assistant Practice Manager and most recently stepped into the role of Practice Manager.

Jessica joined LFPH a second time in early 2022, stepping into the role of IT Communications Specialist.

Candace was born and raised in Livermore, California. She lives with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. She has always loved animals and knew that working at Livermore Family Pet Hospital was the perfect place to be.

Sarah has been working as a veterinary assistant since 2003 and joined our hospital in 2005. She holds a BS in biology from U.C. Santa Barbara and a multi-subject teaching credential from Cal State East Bay.

Kristal was driven to the veterinary field by her curious nature and a lifelong passion for helping animals.

Melinda joined Livermore Family Pet Hospital in 2023, excited to be in general practice due to the variety of cases where she can apply her talents and take care of her patients with the love

Sharon has spent her entire career working as an RVT in the tri valley area. She achieved her RVT license in 1976 and is currently enjoying being semi retired.

Miale joined LFPH originally as student through Tri-Valley Regional Occupational Program. Impressed with her compassion and care for her patients, we couldn't let her go.

Blanca joined the team in 2023 as a registered veterinary technician. Orginally from Stockton, Blanca has a passion for diagnostics and surgeries of all kinds.

Tarin grew up in Livermore and now lives in Manteca. She was active in 4H all through her childhood. She attended Chico State and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development.

GOLDIE is an ambitious mover and shaker who is inquisitive and isn’t afraid to ask the tough questions. GOLDIE knows how to make things happen, making GOLDIE a remarkable colleague that’s hard to forget.

Jessica came back to LFPH on October 2024.

Christina joined LFPH in November of 2024. Since beginning veterinary science in her Regional Ocupational Program, Christina continued on to get her Bachelors in Animal Science from UC Davis.
